Posted - 30/08/2012 : 10:57:59 Hey. I'm going on holiday this Sunday 2nd Sept (yeay!) and last fed Freddie Sunday 26 August. He gets fed every 5 days, so is due a feed on Friday.
He won't be checked on until Tue, and i'm worried about him pooing in his water which won't be changed till Tue or getting it all over himself, in which case i don't think my dad will be keen on cleaning him ha!
Do you think it would be best to just not feed him till i get back? (Sunday 9th Sept) Or you think he will be ok? |

Posted - 30/08/2012 : 15:35:43 I think I'll feed tomorrow, my dad will pop in to check on him and my housemate will be home on Thu to look after him.
So should be ok! |

Posted - 30/08/2012 : 14:57:26 Ask him anyway. He might be converted once he realises how interesting snake keeping can be. Ha-ha! |

Hmmm.....I'm not sure he'll be too keen on that. Will try persuade him. He eventually came round to liking the rats I had (after initially freaking out), so much so he used to ask to take them out when he visited me! Hopefully be same with Freddie and Oscar. He likes Freddie, I just don't think he trusts him yet. |

Posted - 30/08/2012 : 14:29:47 Put an extra water dish in the viv. Even my 5 footer couldn't manage to poop in both.
Just feed on Friday as normal. I presume your dad is going to feed him on Tuesday.
