Absolutely devastated went to a pet shop to get my two corn snakes sexed. On the way back I stupidly left them in the car while I went round get something to eat gone 20 minutes or so and my 2 and a half year old butter had escaped. Managed to open his container and get out. Gutted the car completely and he was no where to be seen :-( gutted. I'm guessing he managed to get out of the car some how searched for about 40 mins in the nearby bushes but he could have been anywhere. Was planing to breed him this year too.

Monster just went for an adventure and I was sure he was done (I live with a pair of killers).. I found him clear across the flat... in a heater (thankfully it's summer and teh heat isn't on)

Nice...

I've always found that they will go to the nearest dark cramped space when they escape... I found one of my milks in a gym bag about half a foot away from her viv once :)

Great news
Is the car ok or did you have to destroy it to find him
Midge Posted - 20/08/2012 : 18:49:05
He was underneath the back seats :-D so chuffed!!!! Thanks for the messages and advice!
Ell Posted - 20/08/2012 : 09:38:27
Aww what a shame :{
My bet is also that he is still in the car.
Have you tried removing the seats?
Best of luck finding him!
Midge Posted - 19/08/2012 : 21:26:48
Thanks for the concern though
Midge Posted - 19/08/2012 : 21:18:23
Dashboard has been unscrewed and the vent above the bonnet. Losing hope to be honest. :-( trying a hot water bottle to see if that can coax him out. Pretty cold night tonight :-(
scottishbluebird Posted - 19/08/2012 : 16:09:54
Sorry to hear that, but i agree, think is still in the car. Good luck xx
Moppet Posted - 19/08/2012 : 15:38:02
I hope he turns up soon. There are just so many places to hide inside a car, chances are he is still inside and has found somewhere nice and dark to hide.
Isoldael Posted - 19/08/2012 : 13:32:16
Good luck finding him back :( Be sure to check in between the seats in the back if you have any

U say you've emptied it but have u unscrewed an unboltec the stuff that's screwed an bolted down lol. Sexybear spent weeks trying to coax a snake out that she could see but couldn't get hold of lol.
