Posted - 16/08/2012 : 02:12:42 Noticed that the light bulb in my terrarium wasn't working. I unplugged the thing, opened the terrarium and was going to screw it out to check if it was indeed broken. The moment I touched the bulb (without exerting any pressure), it shattered all over my hand.
I have no idea what happened there, but it was a good excuse to clean the viv and replace all the bedding, I suppose... |

Posted - 16/08/2012 : 13:00:41 Aye, the only downside of it happening while I was there was that I got to pick the shards of glass from my hand afterwards :p. The snakes are fine, they were in their hides when it happened and I removed them from it before I did anything else :) |
