So today I was forced into a force feed half a pinky took almost a hour but it's done now very stressful for me and snake had to b done as I think it was on last legs will now leave alone for 4 to 5 days any tips as whether I should try feeding in a weeks time ?

Oh, poor wee thing :( That can't have been nice for you.

I personally wouldn't wait as long as a week. I think hatchlings are supposed to feed more often than that, and if it's having smaller than a whole pinky I'd imagine even more frequently.
Why not try a pinky scented with tuna in 4 days time. I'm no expert though, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.
