Hey guys, got my microclimate B2ME thermostats today, ive set one up in a viv with a exoterra thermometor. Both the probes are sitting side by side on the heat mat but at the moment the thermometer reads 29.8 and the thermostat is set at just over 31. Is this normal?

Also the thermostat has a night temp dip, should i use this with corns are will it not matter?

As said set it by the digital thermometer reading not the dial scale. As for the night mode, up to you but corns really don't need the night time drop.

The thermostat temp is only a guide - that's why you need the thermometer in the first place, so you can get an accurate temp measurement - go by the thermometer and adjust the stat dial accordingly :)
