Ok I finally came up with a name for my gorgeous anery. Nyoka :-) I have also through wishful thinking decided she is female lol
Anyhoo I have a question, I need to try and get her used to my scent etc so I was going to do the sock thing...
Really stupid question though - When you carry the sock around for the day first... Where abouts on your person? I don't tend to wear clothes with pockets so not sure what to do! |

i have a dog so i couldnt carry it around so i put it in my bed which my dog can not get to :D |

I tucked my sock to be scented under the belt of my jeans and just around my hip under them. If you're sat at the computer or watching TV just shove it under your top for a few hours I guess. The most 'you' smelling places will be groin and armpits, though I wouldn't put it anywhere you spray antiperspirant just in case.
We feed ours in the same box and with the same tweezers now we know they're all fine. We do put kitchen towel in the box and change that per snake though. |

You want the sock to be touching your skin, so either under your tee shirt (on your shoulder), or stuck in the waist band of your trousers. Only needs to be for an hour or so.
As for feeding boxes, I have 2 for both snakes but that's just because they are different sizes. Falco uses Voldemort's old feeding box that he outgrew, but when he too outgrows it I'll just use Voldemort's large box for them both, but disinfect after each snake has been fed in it  |

Oh and another.. Now I have two snakes when they're feed should I have two of everything? Treetop feeding boxes, two sets of tweezer thingies? Silly question day today I think... Better than getting it wrong though. |
