Not got a corn yet. Just reading everything.
When feeding it's advised to bring him out into a container away from the substrate so he doesn't swallow any. You're also told not to handle him for 48 hours after feeding.
At what point do you put him back in? As soon as they've got their mouth closed or when the pinkie is a bit further down? |

I hope you don't mean just on the kitchen worktop surface and without a feeding tub. Not the best of hygene practice. Be aware that reptiles can carry various bacteria, including salmonella.  |

i put my snakes separatly on the kitchen side let them eat there mice, tthen once they have swollowed, put there jaw back in place and look like there about to start moving away i then pick them up supporting the bump where the mouse is and place them into the vivs then let them digest there meals for a couple of days :D hope that helps |

Once snakey has stopped 'squirming' the mouse down into its belly (you will see the bulge moving down) and started moving about normally then you can either lift the snake back into the viv or put the tub up to the open viv and let him find his own way back to his hide.
The 48 hour no handling rule is to give him time to rest and digest. It is OK to lift at this point but no play time. If you handle too soon you can cause stress and cause a regurge.  |

when food is about halfway downt their body :)
when picking them up be sure to give plenty of support around the food bulge |
