im getting my first corn in a few weeks and setting up my faun and my cool end temp is 20.6 and my warm end is 28.9, are these ok? i think my cool end is a bit too cool.

There fine, u don't have much control over the cool end much it will lower in the winter an higher in the summer, not much ya can do. Aslong as there warm ends there that's all that matters.
