Yes it is sue but u have to be careful eg identical mats all need digital thermometers what ever. Mats need to be at ambiant temp together before turning on etc

Just make sure you're not covering more than 1/2 of the base of the tank (I prefer 1/3rd myself) and that you have a thermostat attached to it.

Careful what mat u get, that one is designed to be attached to the outside of a glass tank

as long as you have a stat most heat mats will be ok
