when i get the new hatchie i am going to quaranteen the little guy, so i am wondering which way round will be the best way to do this?
option a: have new snake in our bed room and 8 stays in his room (the spare room) or

option b: 8 moves in to our bed room and the new snake is in the spare/8's room .

i was thinking with option b that it would be the better method of quarnteening as i can sort 8 first wash down then go in to the spare room to sort new snake just wanted every ones thoughts!

thanks in advance

lol it's my future reptile room.... he does pretty much have the room to himself at the minuet which he gets to admire from his faun,

You will, just be careful where you buy from (a breeder is best). I didn't quarantine Falco when I got him, due to Husband's snake phobia and a total ban from him being anywhere but Niamh's room where Voldemort lives.

i'd go for a,so you don't upset 8

I'd go for option a too, save having to move 8 from his usual room

Scaly: Quarantine is purely for health reasons to make sure you're not bringing something in that could infect your own snake (mites, respiratory infection etc). It's best to keep them in separate rooms for a few weeks, although some breeders quarantine for a few months if they have a large collection.

I think option a might be easier so you don't have to move everyone around.
