I have recently noticed that my female corn keeps rubbing her head and body against her water bowl and her branch in her viv.

she hasnt shed yet but i can see on her belly she has some see through scales that seem to be coming away from her.

could she be beggining to shed? her eyes arent cloudy

I have found she is shedding, she has more of the see through skin on other parts of her body and shes bathing herself alot so i think she is now deffinatly shedding her skin as that seems to be what it looks like

It does sound like shed, but at the same time your set up is not thermostat-ed and so as mentioned before there is the possibility the snake had burns. I know its hard for you to get a photo of the scales, are you able to get your b/f to help by handling the snake so you can take pics?

will she be ok for me to handle her with her like that?

Hmm, sounds like shed, wait for a few days and see if her eyes go cloudy, if they do then a few more days later they go normal along with her skin she is about to shed!
