Posted - 14/03/2012 : 19:42:46 We got Sherlock at the end of 2011. He then did a disappearing act for 2 months and was found a few weeks ago. I guess he is now about 8 months old, and when we got him we were told he was on 1 furry a week. After we recently found him he was offered food shortly afterwards and fed on 1 furry no problem. He was fed again today, and having eaten 1 furry I offered him a second which he took straight down. Should I be offering 3? If not, at what point should I offer the third? And finally, when do I make the step up to a bigger food? (mouse?) Many thanks Keefy |

Posted - 14/03/2012 : 20:02:25 There is no point offering 3 items of prey at all as 2 are more than the next size up so 3 is just overkill. |
