Posted - 27/02/2012 : 19:36:59 Hey i just need a little advice please.. Some of you may have seen the pics of my new Corn Ice/Icicle or the youtube vid for her striking & constricting at 4months... anyways... Im just wondering at what age did you start feeding bigger mice? or how many is the most you should feed a nearly 5 month corn? She was having one pinky per 'meal' but was then looking for more so is now taking 2...and she still seems to be looking for more. She is very active and is always climbing the vines/ornaments in her viv and loves being out and handled so probably uses a lot of energy. Any help would be appreciated... xxx |

Posted - 27/02/2012 : 20:07:52 best bet is to go for a size which is 1.5 times the thickest part of the snake. They all grow at different rates. my two females 6 months have just gone onto fuzzies. my wee 7 month old is on double pinks and literrally pencil thin. if its still leaving a noticable bump leave it. if not try the next size up. hope that makes sense |

Posted - 27/02/2012 : 20:06:14 hi, i asked this question not so long ago, there is a chart some where on here whic am sure some one will post for you. i was told when there isn't a noticable bump then it's time to move up a size, if two pinks are filling her up and there isn't a notiable bump then it is time to try her on a fuzz. |
