Our tv is on top of one of the skinks vivs. He doesn't seem to mind at all. I think they probably get more vibration from us walking on the wooden floors to be honest. I also think that LCD/Plasma TVs give less vibration than the old chunky TVs.

We've the TV on top of the big boa viv for a month at least now. She's still eating and acting normal.

Ooohhhhhh options, I will look into it some more, maybe an ongoing project is in order ! :)

Could also try a neoprene sheet on top of the unit (5mm think ish). Then out the tv on that. The neoprene should reduce the vibrations.

what you could do is get some sort of table for the tv, and the space underneath put a viv.

or with the tv unit do the following, take the top half off that is used for holding tv, put longer legs on (long than the unit) securely - someone in carpentry be best for this, and then use bottom half as a viv,

could also stack your vivs

Wall mount the telly, or do what I did and run a projector.
Win/Win then.

Probably annoy them more than anything else which would probably stress them eventually. Its not a good idea.
