Posted - 24/01/2012 : 22:14:49 so what are peoples thought of have a viv as part of a tv unit? i mean the viv as the bottom of a unit that is 4 3 foot high? would the sound/vibrations freak em out? |

Posted - 25/01/2012 : 14:18:06 Our tv is on top of one of the skinks vivs. He doesn't seem to mind at all. I think they probably get more vibration from us walking on the wooden floors to be honest. I also think that LCD/Plasma TVs give less vibration than the old chunky TVs. |

Posted - 25/01/2012 : 07:09:59 Could also try a neoprene sheet on top of the unit (5mm think ish). Then out the tv on that. The neoprene should reduce the vibrations. |

Posted - 25/01/2012 : 00:02:59 what you could do is get some sort of table for the tv, and the space underneath put a viv.
or with the tv unit do the following, take the top half off that is used for holding tv, put longer legs on (long than the unit) securely - someone in carpentry be best for this, and then use bottom half as a viv,
could also stack your vivs |
