One of my snakes is on small mice, but he doesnt seem to be bulging as much as he used to, i have a medium mouse there for him, would it be worth trying him on that, is there any down side if the mouse if to big will it do him any harm

lol same. i had my snow literally a month before getting another. i rationalise that it was a morph i wanted and breeders of it aren't too common in scotland. so much for after the new year

its the first time i have gone up a size, looks like im gonna have to buy some more medium mice, as he kinda gave me a knod to say thank you for it.

just means i will have to get a ghost or lavander morph to eat the small mice that i have left.

Glad it went ok, it can be a bit nerve wracking going up a size!

well tried him on the medium and he looked a lot better feeding, then what he does on the smalls

general rule is one and a half times widest part of snake, if you have the next size up try it, if too big dont think he will take it or he might regurge. But i think you should try it
