What is the ideal temp to keep my corns happy I've read so many different opinions on other forums etc it's all a lil contradictive

there's guidelines on the caresheet but it's also down to knowing your snake and recognizing behaviour patterns too
if your warm end is at 29*C and your snake is spending all it's time in the cool end for no apparent reason (eg. hide size, privacy) then try turning it down to 27*C, 29*C might just be a little hot for them
there's also the variance between thermometers, although digi ones are undoubtably most accurate when i've had the chance to check the temps with a properly calibrated IR temp gun they've all under-read a degree or 2 so i've turned the temps down a little according to the behaviour of the snakes
