Most definately, big up for the carolinas I love watching the colour develop, when we got harry he was 6 months old and didn't have any yellow, now he's a year his yellow is developing and he looks more stunning every time he sheds |

Posted - 26/08/2011 : 13:17:56 I am hoping to go and view them today gonna get a normal. So it really doesnt matter how bright or dark they are as they will all end up pretty much the same, right? |

Yes both are carolinas :) The big one is daddy, about 12 yeras old in them pictures the baby is it's baby ,about 8 months old I think there! Some of my carlionas hatched out the baby colour, somne hatched out looking like baby anerys (black and white) but within a few shed started deveoping a nice bright orange. They get brighter as they get older until they hit a ceratin age where they start to loose there brightness (seems to be about 10) but this happens with all corns.
As an example, all the same clutch, all the same age, all normals. All will go the bright orange normal colour
Above hatched like this and then changed to the colour below after a month.
The above snake is the same baby snake I posted earlier, eating the mousey.
A different normal that went orange a month later.

Posted - 26/08/2011 : 11:16:04 It looks like a carolina :) When I got Dimika she was very very bright, lots of orange and much less burnt orange than the normal that has been put up for sale. But they are usually like that :) and I do believe they get brighter ;) |

Posted - 26/08/2011 : 11:03:29 Personally I'd go with either normal (I also dislike the term :L) or the lavender is beautiful! :) |

Posted - 25/08/2011 : 18:52:00 Hypo lavenders are beautiful Can you post piccies just so we can have a nosey at them all?
Since its your friend that bred them, you could always handle each of them and see which snake chooses you! |
