I just bought a 3 yr old corn off a friend and was wondering if i could use a
"johnsons, clean 'n' safe ,disinfectant cleaner" for small animals,
when I clean out his viv, only that I have a bottle already.

Thanks all,
I saw that johnsons also do a reptile one so i think i'll use this for now but slightly more diluted then get the reptile one when its gone. Thanks

small animal stuff should be mild enough to be used for reps, then when the bottle is finished i'd go for a specific reptile-safe type

I agree with Spreebok...alternatively, i guess you could use a 10% bleach/water solution if you didn't want to get a reptile disinfectant straight away

Best to get some reptile specific disinfectant, it's not too expensive, only about £4 - £5 a bottle, lasts a good while!
