I am sadly having to re-home my girl snake due to having to downsize, so won't be enough space anyway, she hasn't been eating for 4 or 5 weeks now, i am selling her to a girl in my class at school who's dad has wanted a snake for AGES, but do you think that as a first time buyer that it's not a good idea? And is there anything that i can do to make her eat Or even show and interest in food? Why do you think that she's not eating?

Thanks

oh Ok thank you, i did think it might be something to do with breeding season but as my boy isn't I thought that maybe she might be ill. But I will tell my friend about it, Thank you :)

Lots of them are off food at the moment, my one is on/off with food at the moment, too busy exploring to stop and eat. its the time of year (breeding season). I personally wouldn't let a snake thats not eating go to a new home. I don't think there is any health reason behind not moving them though other than a move is stressful and may stop them eating for longer than if they were to stay put.
