just got a 24l rub for my snake, which is uite tall so have ordered some small jungle vine so he can climb, just wondering what the best way to attach it would be? holes through the rub maybe and have it dangling down?

cheers for any advice.

I use suction cups with cable ties

think I am going to just put slits and use cable ties rather than make a big hole, cheers for advice.

I've just set up my first tubs and used plant ties to attach the foliage and keep the probes in place.
Made slits just big enough for the plant ties to go through and nowt else.

I can't remember who said this to me but I asked the same question somewhere and someone on here suggested I buy a few of those suction cups wth the hooks and just twist the vine round the hook!

I have since seen these hooks in my local 99p shop!

If you used cable ties you could get away with a couple of little slits in the Rub? Thats just an idea though! I don't use rubs so i wont be much help!

Holes are never a good idea in a setup. I would twist it so its free standing then its easily moved out the way.
