Would i be able to heat two fauns stacked with a single 6X11in heatmat under the bottom faun?

No, but if you buy a heat strip or a long heat mat you can put both on it side by side.

I have 8 rubs/fauns and have 6 heat mats, 4 have their own and 4 share 2 long ones (2 on each)

simple answer......no.

you need to put mat flat and sit both fauns on it so that 1/3 or 1/2 is heated...
