Don't know if you guys already does this... but here it comes.
After Aia or Vitus has shed I take the sheddings and laminate them with a note telling when they shed and etc.

Really enjoy the way of following them, cause when laminated they stay "safe" and doesn't spoil. And amazing to the the changes from shed to shed.

This is Aia's last three sheddings:
First: 15.08.2010
Second: 13.09.2010
Third: 14.10.2010

From the first to the last shed (two months) she has gained 8g and almost 10 cm

any idea how to do a 6ft boa shed?
Sika Posted - 15/10/2010 : 08:00:52
Yeah it's really cool.
Forgot to say that you can see the shed from both sides, and that you can actually feel the structure on the laminate :D
It's much easier to se all the details too.

They look really good and it's a great idea - we have all of James' sheds drifting about on top of his viv, that is a much better way of doing it!

Completely okay!
Just do it when you have the time and the internet connection isn't acting up :)
And thanks :D

love the idea! might give it a go, cherry is ready to shed any day now.

I've set some of mine in resin. I mad her first shed into a ring and am working on a pendant of her head.
they look good but take a long time to do.

xD haha yes, can see the "poor" mom before me xD !

(But I didn't think it funny when seeing a tarantula skin on the pet shop's counter! Huge time shock) xD

what a cool way of doing this, plus it doesnt take up much room either you can just file them away,
my son took his snakes shed skin to school the other day then my 5 year old daughter decided to show her friends mum, all she said was lok a snakes skin and the women screamed!
it was quite funny i must admit!
