Hello,

Ive just posted in morph section but don't think it's worked. Hard to use forum on my phone.

I have been offered a Bloodred Stripe 3 month old male for £90. I wasnt after another corn yet but really like these blood stripes and I think they are quite rare.

Is this a decent price?

Thanks,

Gaz

Im quite a big fan of Amel Stripes.

Would be great if you could find an Amel motley or stripe het deiffused to breed to your bloodred stripe. Then you could get Fire motleys/stripes.

Would you say the one in the link is a true bloodred stripe?

You can't truly tell untill they are fully grown, but the stripes become almost fully red anyway.

True bloodreds are diffuseds which have been selectively bred to mature into the deep red colour.

Danny, what's the difference between genuine blood stripes and the diffused stripe that you mention mate?

He assures me they are Bloodred Stripe het fire.

Thanks,

Gaz

Is that straight bloodred? Or Stripe?

I think I'm gonna go for it, there don't seem to be many blood stripes around.
DannyBrown91 Posted - 28/09/2010 : 17:23:13
Yep i would agree that is a fair price, although it is most likely a diffused stripe rather than a true bloodred stripe.

Dont take my word for it but i should imagine thats a fair price...i paid that for my bloodred...either that or i got ripped off!
