I've been thinking about Monster's forever home and one idea I had was to setup multiple 'hot spots' at different elevations..
Right now I'm thinking to leave the ground 'cold' setup a sheltered hot hide (25c) on a shelf 1/3rd up one side and then a hot spot(basking area ~30-32 during the day) on a shelf 2/3rds up on the back
I'm thinking to use heat tape and some covered halogen 'spots' along with a pair of stats...
The basking light would be on a timer with the day lights and a stat to limit the max temp, the hot hide would be just stated.
The overall Viv dimensions are 40" x 20" x 36"
Thoughts?
