ok guys am looking at doing a diy project now insted of bulding a viv i want to just make somert for my snakes
the budgets 40 quid do you have any surgestions ? |

Right I currently am starting to save up cardboard. Boxes. And tubes.. what should I do with them for the maze cover them in ova? |

I love making stuff out of polystyrene. If you get big blocks of it you can carve it with a knife to make it look like rock and then paint it.
Ive made a few hides and a platform that my female uses quite a lot :)
Gonna make a full back piece for each viv next, need more poly though! |

ok maze it is i look at making it out of box's and carbourd tubes. then i have a look at making one out of wood

Agree - a maze. You could just make one using cardboard boxes and postage tubes. Knowing my lot they'd just find the darkest, hardest to reach corner and sit in there! I made one for my mice a long time ago using cereal boxes, a bit of material sewn into a tube and toilet paper tubes, worked nicely for mice..but they're a bit different to snakes. |

Maybe a feeding maze? Could place the food somewhere different each time for enrichment and would be great to explore. |
