I think I could make a nice pair of bedside cabinets and a bookcase from this pile of salvage.

Yep, that's Blaze on the top. He'll be going into the footlocker once it's ready.

Looking good. Is that blaze I can see out in the top one
Auld Baldy Posted - 08/08/2012 : 20:15:02
I have decided to go for bunk-bed-side-viv-cabinets.

The cabinet in the lower right will become a foot locker viv.

Big one on the bottom is Vambo~ 3'x22", middle is Fester ~ 3'x18. Ledberg lighting strips in each.

Still more logs, tubes and climbers to get loaded.

My snakes are really overgrown book worms.

Sarcasm is lost in text, it would appear ;)

Surely that still needs wall space. now what u need is some sort of dodgy adult club roof mounted device
Auld Baldy Posted - 23/07/2012 : 22:02:49
That would take up wall space which is at a premium.

A better solution might involve a coat hanger, sleeping bag and a stout wall hook.
a33272 Posted - 23/07/2012 : 21:41:52
Just put some pillows alone the wall an sleep on them back to wall
Auld Baldy Posted - 23/07/2012 : 21:14:41
I might get away with it if I can find a very narrow bed and sleep sideways.

Oh noes! Poor cabinet
It might make a nice spice rack

Damn! I always get my imperial measurements muddled up....it's 36 inches in a foot, right? A bedside cabinet could be a foot wide...

You know those look like they could make some good sized glass fronted display cabinets, perhaps you could try that?
Auld Baldy Posted - 22/07/2012 : 16:47:08
Whoops! I think I mixed up my metric units and have just screwed my bedside cabinet project.
Oh! Well! I still have the rip saw for another week. Time to dismantle this lot ... unless anyone can offer some constructive ideas?

BTW, that's Fester's freshly shed skin hanging on the LX stack. 64" of perfection and poop free.

You've just totally made me want to convert my bedside cabinet into Ara's next size up viv!
lupi lou Posted - 11/07/2012 : 18:42:21

Don't Gecko's kinda like taller rather then longer when it comes to their living space... ;)
