Right Guys and Gals,

I decided I want a big snake and looked into prices for vivs and it was coming up at £200+ for a new one. I had a few months before I moved out of my house share into my own place with my lady.

I found this nasty looking fiberglass viv with a white wood enclosure on 'the darkside' for £50.

So I loaded up the roof rack, roped my best mate in and went for a drive to pick it up.

I purchased some DC fix fake beech sticker things (that is the technical term for it) and covered the inside and outside of the enclosure.

I got my brother in laws trusty jigsaw and shopped off the front of the fiberglass viv (where the glass goes) and used industrial glue and screws to attach it to the front.

All in all (including Stat, bulb etc) it cost around £140. It was spread over a few months too. Got the viv in Feb and everything else as soon as I viewed the flat I'm moving too :). Now just to get the snake/s ;)

Cheers for looking.

There ya go. The sticky things cost about £40 to cover the whole thing. You can get em in B&Q but they cost a bomb (£9.99 per meter)
