Yes the moss was put in his hide while he was feeding. He seems to like it in there. went straight in. Im hoping when he ventures out again he will shed the rest. Fingers crossed.

The water should be luke warm, around 22c - 28c.

ahhh, what a beauty, hopeing the shed will come off. when monty had his shed retained i gave him a hot sauna in a container, basically have a paper towel in the bottom and put hot water in and then put the snake in and shut the lid. leave for 10-20 mins and then get him out and let him run through your hand with the paper towel.

edit-forgot to say, not really hot water though, as you prob already now

Arnie is lovely Lucy. I do like the 3rd pic with his reflection in it. I would echo Danny's concern about him now being unhandleable for 48hrs now.

I do hope you have managed to get some moss to add to his warm hide before the feed. It does look strange the way he has retained so much.

Nice pics, although i probably wouldn't have fed him untill he got the shed off. He is likely ro go into hiding now for atleast 24 hours.

Did you get any spagnum moss for his hides?
