OIC... thanks for the explanation!! I'm just a llittle slow at times and very easily confused! My tutors at uni are only just begining to get the hang of me... when I ask them to explain what they mean, they tend to go off into this wild and wonderful realm, expanding and explaining some part of a theory, and I have to interrupt to let them know that I only wanted to know what the word meant.... ... considering I'm attempting a masters, they look at me somewhat strangely at times

zigzag and aztec can be described as 'aberrant' in corns ;)

Basically in snakes it applies to a pattern that is pretty far from being normal, look at these two milk snakes as an example, the first is fine and the second is aberrant.

I am not sure they are the same species of milk snake, but it gives you a good idea of just how messed up aberrant patterns can look.

Which is why i say yours is a little unusual but not to the point of being fully aberrant in my opinion.

Aberrant- basically means strange or unusual.

Lovely little Squiggle!

Although i really dislike white and pink snakes i do think yours is kinda cute, i particularly like the unusual neck markings... i wouldn't go so far as call them aberrant, but they are certainly a little unusual judging by the small pictures.

Congrats on your new snake.

Really like my lil babe... such a squiggly little thing - not used to it with my hoggie being quite laid back and my although my big boy is a bit like feeding rope, you always know where he is!

Lovin the pic in your sig Chrissy!
