Hey guys, I haven't posted much lately. Sorry about that! Life got the better of me for a while haha. So I was looking at everyone's wonderful picture's and figured that since Ember's gone through two sheds since I've had her, and I can tell she's bigger, I'd just keep everyone updated on her growth =)

Oh wow Sarah, she is stunning and has changed so much from that little shoelace! Her colours are so much darker and stronger as well as her being so much bigger.
It is lovely seeing her enjoying her food like that....it is no wonder she has grown so well  !
Fantastic pic of her. I look forward to seeing some more with something in them for size comparison....so get snapping  !!

You look at her in those first photos and her first shed and it is so hard to imagine her being over 2'!! Cant wait to see the updated pics of her.
Can you believe you have had her for nearly 9 months now....???

Just an update on Ember, she's shed recently and is now up to just over 2 foot. N'awwwwww lol. Some feeding photo's to follow in a mo! |

HannahB, you are a Corn Snake mod....you shouldnt be encouraging people to get royals instead of corns!!!

You're just set on me getting a Royal now aren't ya? =P lol.
They seem like lovely snakes, but I'm so used to Ember being the perfect snake that I'm a little worried about having a non-feeding grumpy guts for my second lol.

seriously i wish id gotten the royals earlier, yes they can be fussy but they are really inquisitve - even Little One is getting more active - albeit after curling up in a ball for half an hour in my lap he eventually uncoils and then theres no stopping him!! |

Danny I know how you feel! I'm torn between getting another Corn or a Royal lol.
They sound like lovely idea's Hannah, and I know how you feel about the excess baggage issue haha.

oooh sounds nice.. i want japanese symbols down my neck and two koi carp on my back,one up one down with a load of japanese style water with cherry blossoms floating in it on my back... ah just got to shift the excess baggage and then save up!! |

I totally agree, mine are all original as well they just might take inspiration from images I've seen lol. I can't wait to get my next one, tiger stripes down the length of my spine lol. I might add more to it, but not sure yet.

i know what you mean and im the same,all of my tatts mean something to me and i wouldnt get a tatt without it meaning something,plus mine are all custom which makes them even better in my opinion  |

Ah I see, well get whatever feels right and wherever it feels right. If you can't think of something or where you want to put it then wait until something pops up lol. I don't get tattoo'd until I know where I'm going to put it. Getting tattoo'd is quite an organic process to me, I "feel" my tattoo when I know it's time to get it. Sound weird huh? lol. It's hard to explain lol.

sorry about your grandad..i want one in memory of my grandad but havent found anything that stands out or any inspiration, i have 4 but am getting a 5th one soon hopefully lol i want something similar to yours aswell but wouldnt know where to put it! |

Hannah~ Ah thank you =) That was my first tattoo and was in honour of my Grandad who'd passed away 5 days before my 18th birthday, I've had two more since and plan on getting ALOT more lol. It's very addictive!
And here's another photo of Ember, I just fed her and she constricted for the first time! I'm a proud mummy =D
