I also think it is great being able to have friends come back and meet your snake and be able to educate them. I have a friend who is terrified of snakes but she wants to come over with her kids and get them handling Kellog so that they dont grow up with her fear - and she actually sat near me when I had him out when normally she would have been out of the room, out of the front door and down the road!! xxx

sammy yeah your right i really should get a lock, the viv is 6 foot with sliding glass doors and is in me kitchen i can always hear him opening glass but there will be one day i dont. lol they always want wats not theirs eh

Very cute! Mandy - I'd get a lock on the viv if I were you. Not only to stop your son opening it but there have been loads of posts recently about snakes escaping by themselves. I have to keep reminding my nearly nine-year-old that Twilight is mine and not her's. The Rankin's Dragon is hers so hands off my snakey!

my son is 23 months old and is snake daft whenever we clean them out he shouts "anake anake" he knows how to open the viv now too got to keep checkin he aint let them out when am not lookin lol
