kellog, a friend i have known for years offered him to me as her kids have lost interest... she spotted my other pics of my snakes on my fb account n just asked me to take him on.. arrived at 10pm five days after i spoke to her, she had mentioned kids didn`t handle him much and his *lairy* behaviour had put her off handling him aswell(have handled him morn and eve for last couple of days with no problems my kids also handle him).. had a fair bit of work to do viv wise, but thats all sorted now just his diet to do.
And so far hes been a star..in about a month him and my anery will go to vets for check over. So far so good. :O)

Fantastic photo of Kellog. Glad Claret is coming on so well, he is lucky that you have taken him on and it is great that he is no longer skin and bones. How did you come to get him? xxx

punumbear Posted - 12/08/2009 : 17:58:34
punk, claret is about 3.5 ft long. . he is underweight, when he first arrived i let him settle the week, i tried him on pinkies to see what appetite was like, he sniffed and they were gone.So keeping him on fuzzies for a few week to get some meat on his bones.
