Well, I feel it's only fair I share photos of my first corn, Leonidas. Sorry for the amount but I think he's a cutie :D These are all going from when he was smaller to going up in size (last one taken Sunday).

Now these are all out the way I promise to be more restrained in future. He's anywhere from 5 - 6 months - I only have from my friend that he first ate at the end of August (exact date back at home) and he's never refused food. No idea when he hatched or anything.

Leo is getting more and more active & curious :D This morning he was chilling by his waterbowl watching em get my stuff together.

So someone decided to pop his head out to say good morning to me this morning :D He's usually hidden away ignoring me at silly o'clock in the am ;P

Haybop Posted - 30/05/2014 : 08:41:51
Thank you :D
There will be more pics, however he ate Wednesday afternoon so isn't coming out to pose again until tomorrow... enough time to set something up perhaps ;)

He's lovely. Love the name too, reckon this thread should go up to 300 photos ;-)
Haybop Posted - 29/05/2014 : 12:41:32
Aww thank you, I do tend to think so too.... but then I am prone to being biased ;)
Freddiesmum Posted - 29/05/2014 : 12:20:36
He's gorgeous!
Haybop Posted - 29/05/2014 : 12:04:04
I'd be charging my phone every nigth after draining the battery with photo taking ;) (but seriously, I only choose the best of the bunch, the amount actually taken is a bit ludicrous ;D).

His colours would look so pretty against green grass ;)

Snap happy no..... Just imagine if you did have an outside area... then you really would get snap happy lol
Haybop Posted - 29/05/2014 : 11:03:03
Snap happy... me?? Dunno what you're talking about ;) However he is getting better at posing, could it be that he's used to this black thing being shoved in front of him & making weird noises :P

New pictures update!

Leonidas shed overnight between Monday/Tuesday so I had him out yesterday afternoon and thougth I'd let him play around on the cat mat (with the cat out of the room, obviously ;D) He seemed to enjoy exploring.

Haybop Posted - 17/03/2014 : 07:01:14
Thank you :) He doesn't usually give me much chance to show it off but I think after having me help him with some stuck shed the day before he was feeling generous (or I was just beingre ally quick with my camera that time ;D). I wish I could capture the shine when it's in the sun... so unfair that doesn't show on camera :(

Gorgeous belly!

Leo shed yesterday and decided to show off his belly today (before exploring the inside of my hoodie :S)

I love how shiny it is :)
Haybop Posted - 08/03/2014 : 11:20:31
Thank you, I do love how bright he is in the sun - it's such a change to how pale he looked in the other pics, I felt like his true colours just didn't show through in the camera. Now I'm just going to have him out in the sun any chance I can just to marvel in how bright he is... roll on summer :D
Kellog Posted - 08/03/2014 : 08:11:30
Such strong colours and quite different to some of the other pics. It shows how much natural sunlight brings out their true colours.

The lovely weather means that Leo has come out to bask in the sun a bit (then he decided enough was enough, he didn't feel like tanning anyway, and is now hiding up my sleeve).

Haybop Posted - 03/03/2014 : 09:25:37
Thank you :) I think he's handsome and bright (totally not biased, I swear). My mum isn't a fan of snakes or the colour beige... so she got evils for the rest of the day ;)

Oh yes, I insist on him being a well read individual and those are the best books to start with :P
Kellog Posted - 03/03/2014 : 08:15:13
His colours are so bright, especially in the pics of him by the window. Loving your mum's description of him .

He obviously has great taste in books .

Thanks Razee, I did think that was a good little pic of him :D He seemed very interested as the cars went past (we're up on the first floor so are able to look down on everything ;D)

He's got such bright colours, and they'll only get better with time. Love the pic of him looking out of the window, so cute.
