As Boris's last mouse, a small didn't hardly left a bump I decided it was time to take the next step up- I compared his diameter to the medium mice I had bought a few weeks back and thought it should be spot on, even so so it was nerve-racking at first watching him tackle the shoulders- I almost had to look away! The rest of it went down easily and he's now digesting in his coconut hide (which seems a bit small for him now but he likes it!) He also shed yesterday- he does always eat when in blue but as his food size was moving up I didn't want to risk any stress to him, so he's all shiny in his new clothes (and a big poo in the corner of the viv was left for me)

I also decided to upgrade his feeding tub to a new small pink (sorry B) kitten litter tray.

He struck mousey very hard..

Nice bump!!

Fab pics, I think moving up a size is always more daunting for us than the snakes
