Hi all

A couple of shots of my two CB13's.

The lovely Juniper, who has been on Fuzzies for the last 3 feeds now and is growing very fast!

and on the move

Hats off to Oscar for this one she is the nicest most placid snake to handle but strikes and coils every feed, I couldn't be happier with her!

And here is Oak, from Martin over at Multicorns.

And on the move.

Still cant get over the pattern on this little guy, he is doing realy well too and will be on fuzzies from next feed.

Biased as always but I love um!

Aww that's nice :) And yes, they'll be going again next year, after the warm reception they had! Next year will be:

Caramel Stripe het Amel X Amel Stripe het Caramel

AND

Lavender Stripe het Diffused Hypo Amel Anery X Normal Stripe het Amel Hypo Lavender

So a very stripey year :D Should be great fun!

Glad you approve! She really is doing well and my wife describes her a "her favorite"!

That pairing really produced some great snakes are you planning to breed them again this year Oscar?

Thanks everyone I was feeding them every 5 days but got told that was too quickly and to move them to 7 days so, thinking I could trust the person, I moved them to every 7 days and that's how I got bitten by Pandora so I think every 6 days on Fuzzies will be good for them. They are both out hunting this morning too.
I have no experience feeding babies this small, lol. Even when I had my Bairds Rat Snake I got him at 3ft long and our Boa was obviously bigger than this even at a young age lol.

Gorgeous snakeys there :)

Acidic, I always go by pinks 5 days, double pinks/fuzzies 6 days, smalls 7 days. 10 days at that age on just fuzzies is far too long!

I feed them every 6 days at the moment. Thanks for the comments so far all.

Oh wow Ben ! I'm not surprised you're happy with them, they are both stunning in their own ways.

AcidicAngel, I'm no expert on little ones but moved my yearling from fluffs to smalls soon after I got him. He was being fed every 5 days and I think that's about right for youngsters like these. Once he was moved onto smalls I changed him to weekly. The feeding every 10 days is usually only once they become adults on large mice. Hope that helps.

Xxx

They're lovely

Your Juniper looks so much bigger than my pair
Mind you, you said Juniper has been on fuzzies longer, maybe now mine are both on fuzzies they'll catch up

What's your feeding schedule? Every 5,7 or 10 days? I've heard that 5 is too much on fuzzies from some people and then I've heard that 7 is not enough on fuzzies lol. And some people say that 10 is perfect but I personally think 10 is too far apart....

They are both gorgeous, another hats off to Oscar here
