I knew ghosts were 'related' to anerys....I just think its amazing how some anerys can almost look like ghosts and vice versa, so I guess unless you know the parents you sometimes can't be 100% sure.

I'm in a similar situation with Kellog as you are with Shay. There was some discussion as to whether he was a dark ghost or an anery, although he has lightened up a lot in the 5yrs I've had him. I've decided to go with ghost....mainly because if I told people he was an anery and then showed them Silvi and said she was one too they'd be rather confused  !

I must admit to not being a fan of 'white' snakes....but I love Mouse, so smart. I'm no expert  but to me Spook and Shay look very similar, but are different morphs. Both beautiful, of course.

spook is a ghost witch is a hyp anery shay is his sister and im still undecided if she is a ghost or just a norm anery lol ...............my stripe very pretty but she has a bad attitude lol |

Kellog, ghost is simply anery plus hypo, so they can look pretty similar, the ghosts just tend to look a bit lighter - in fact some aneries like Corno (who is het hypo) go so light they can be confused with ghosts :)

They are lovely snakes Sue, thanks so much for sharing them with us ....and making us all very jealous .
I must admit to not being a fan of 'white' snakes....but I love Mouse, so smart. I'm no expert but to me Spook and Shay look very similar, but are different morphs. Both beautiful, of course.
