Posted - 06/05/2013 : 19:44:39 Hi guys
We are 2 weeks into owning our first corn snake (Sid) and just wanted to post a picture to see if any of you could tell me what sort he is. Sid was sold to us as a Motley only on looking at pictures of motleys he doesn't look at all like them - I don't understand the genetics behind it either lol!!
Sid`s colours aren't as bright as they are now as he was going into shed when this picture was taken.
Thanks
Helen :)

Posted - 06/05/2013 : 21:38:19 Yes - a stripe never has markings underneath. Definitely a stripe not a motley! And as above most likely a normal although hypo is possible if he's really bright. Congrats on a gorgeous snake (I especially love the stripes!). |

Sid is now a lovely bright colour - will get another picture in the next few days as he is currently digesting his dinner at the mo :)
Sid also has no markings underneath - is this normal for a stripe?
Sorry for the questions but all the info ive read about colours / morphs etc is like a minefield lol!
