Posted - 27/10/2012 : 12:24:54 Decided it was time to take some photographs of my youngsters today as three of the four of them have shed (Andromeda has cleared from blue and will probably shed tonight or tomorrow too).
Titan is getting more and more orange as he grows up
Aurora is very very bright. These pictures don't really do her justice.
Andromeda is so tiny compared to the rest of them but eats like a pig.
Aphrodite is very photogenic so there are lots of pictures of her...
Hope you like them
I would have taken some pictures of Apollo too but he seems to be doing his usual trick of sitting in the cold end after a meal so he still has a huge feeding bump and I didn't think it was fair to disturb him. |

Andromeda just shed too. I saw her do the last inch or so and I was in the room for the rest, I just didn't realise she was shedding. Maybe she'll let me watch in the future as she didn't seem bothered about me being around for the last bit. |

Also, I wanted to offer apologies for the 'hairyness' of all of my photos.
This is the culprit.*ahem* A cheeky non corn snake picture...

I'm very excited about watching how they change as they grow up. I'm waiting for Andromeda to shed to see if her colour changes at all, should be in the next few days. I'm guessing her colour will change in a similar way to how a normal hatchling would as tessera is a pattern not a colour. |

Which white head markings? Titan and Aphro have a pale grey on their heads, Titan is a hypo diffused and Aphro is a pied sided diffused. The grey on both of them will gradually become more and more orange, and perhaps eventually quite red on Aphrodite. |
