Unfortunately my first baby was a picky feeder so the pet shop advised to swap him for an established feeder. I liked everything about my first one but reluctantly agreed i was not experienced enough to deal with a non feeder.

This little guy is great, already fed for me but seems a little more nervous than the last one, and much much quicker when he decides to shoot off!

As i forgot (again) to ask what type of corn he is can the experts here give me a verdict on Steve mkII please?

Looks Normal/carolina to me

He looks very similar to what my Bazilishka looked like, when she was little ( she's Carolina - they can vary a lot, and she has lots of yellow ) - the shy/ nervous behaviour as well.
Steve is very nice, I love his clear markings and nice saddle borders... he'll be a beauty when he's big!
