Posted - 25/09/2012 : 21:55:50 Okay so these are the first pictures of my own I've taken with my new corn, Alabaster Codify (Chris Morris lovers will get it) or "Bats" for short.
He's absolutely nuts. He's supposed to be on larger mice than I have in the freezer so I've fed him more frequently than every 7 days and when I was defrosting his mouse today he was on my arm. As soon as I took it out and dried it on some kitchen roll, he started stretching out into thin air, lashing about the place! I couldn't hold onto him with only one hand so had to get my other half to pick the mouse up. Of course he struck at it and then made a genuine leap for the worktop where he curled up to gobble it down Phew!
Here he is eating:
One of him looking utterly gormless:
A pretty shot
Thanks for looking!

Posted - 26/09/2012 : 10:19:08 Haha! Greedy boy, it's fantastic to see their feeding responses sometimes! I had a young Royal leap out of a RUB while striking prey once. She ate her rat on my bed ewwww LOL.
He's lovely, and love the name! :) |
