Posted - 18/08/2012 : 22:57:43 This is our new baby in the house.... Blossom. First time to ever own a snake and it is pretty cool. Came home yesterday and is now happily sleeping under her coconut after downing a pinky. First feed and it took 15 seconds for her to grab pinky.
Also have a question. I fed her out of her faunarium in a small rub on kitchen roll. How long should I leave her in the rub before transfering her back to her faun. I gave her 10 minutes or so, to give the pinky a chance to reach Blossoms tummy. |

Posted - 18/08/2012 : 23:52:22 Markings should stay the same as snakes grow up, unless they are diffused. The colours might change a bit, but as I understand it the smiling clown skull should stay |

Posted - 18/08/2012 : 23:36:37 She's beautiful I feed Apollo and Titan in RUBs and I just leave them until the food is halfway down and they have stopped moving it down their bodies. If I put them back in when they started moving around again, it would only be just down their throats as they are both greedy boys and always look for another as soon as the first has left their mouths! |

Posted - 18/08/2012 : 23:17:57 Thanks Lozzy. After feeding she took off straight away, searching, exploring and then decided to go play hide and seek under the kitchen paper. (next time no kitchen roll.) |

She's gorgeous, congrats! :) |
