I decided it was time for Zeus to move up a food size, he/she was 40g at last weigh in.
I weighed before feeding and Zeus now weighs 47g, so I thawed a small mouse. No problem Zeus was more than willing to tackle the mouse, a few photos of the feeding session

Looking for more

A tongue shot

Thanks for looking

OMG live young? I had no idea!!! No wonder there are no threads with pics of eggs waiting to hatch lol! Thanks for the info, I've been trying to look at t'other side today but it's just soooo big lol! I'll try to find Dan then lol :)

HaHaHa - Welcome aboard, seen you've joined the Rainbow site
BRB's are awesome.
You will get 'told off' on the rainbow site referring to them as hatchies - the female gives birth to live young, thus not quite so readily available as corns as most breeders will only breed every other year if the female is not back up to weight.
I went to the 'darkside' to get mine and paid £75 for a normal male about 6months old.
Have seen a few advertised around the £100 - £125 recently.
I'm not sure if Dan has any normals left, he went to Doncaster and is likely to go to Norfolk - he is Leicestershire and a really great guy - DanDare500 on RFUK, also on captiveBred.

Lol guess what - hubby is back on the idea of a BRB again now!! Don't know how easy they are to come by over here - how much would we be looking at for a hatchy? Hoping they may have some at the Norfolk show next weekend, but I don't know how common they are...

@ Bowzer43 - Zeus is 9 months old

@ AcidicAngel - I have always defrosted my pinkies and fuzzies in cold water and then put them in hot water to warm the feed up, I just did the same with my small. Hence since I have owned Zeus he/she has always had wet food, along with all my other snakes.

Can I ask why the mouse is wet? Mine won't take it the food if it's wet..

Good Pics!! How old is he?

Morse is in blue and Zeus is usually not long after - our snakes must telepathically (spelling, lol) 'talk' to each other.
I too find it amusing we have the same morphs, even to the Amel stripes being cubed.

Rainbow Boas are awesome, I don't find the higher humidity a problem, all three of mine are kept in RUBS ontop of one long heat mat.
I am considering the advanced heating sytem (AHS) for when they are in vivs, or reptile radiators. They are not such a large bodied snake so will be ok on mats for some time yet.
Humidity is easy with eco earth or coconut fibre based substrates, I also always have moss hides in with them.
Go for it smart bunny - get a Rainbow Boa

Lol Corno is in blue at the moment so I'll post some pics when she sheds (so funny we have the same morphs lol!). Her yellow is definitely spreading. I'm thinking of trying Ember on a very small fuzzy soon, she's had double pinks the last couple of feeds (which seems bigger than a small fuzzy to me!) and finally is staying hidden for longer than 24hrs!

Funnily enough hubby was rather taken with the rainbow boas too and we were looking into getting one, but decided the higher humidity and messing about with bulbs rather than mats put us off, we'd rather keep things simple and stick to corns

Zeus' yellow really started to appear last shed, you must post some update photos of Corno, her yellow must be showing nicely now

I doubt you are under feeding Corno, better to be cautious than to move up feed sizes too quickly.
Zeus was on fuzzies well before the recommended 26g and as he/she was back out cruising the viv after only a day of digesting I fed two fuzzies last time.(each weighed 5g)
I went out and bought 10 small mice in readiness, graded these into packs of similar sizes and as it was feeding day for Zeus decided to thaw the smallest small and give it a whirl as it weighed less than the two fuzzies
I will now grade my remaining fuzzies ready for Morse - he/she is approx 3 weeks younger than Zeus but still only weighs 18g and is so slender is still on double pinks. Think I need to be brave and try a fuzzie.
As we all know they all grow and develop at different rates - my biggest problem are my baby Rainbow Boas, I have no idea when to move up feed sizes or to what, think the Rainbow Boa forum will be thoroughly searched.
