Posted - 15/06/2012 : 23:06:11 Hello
We thought we would have a thread just to show everyone all of the tessera that we will hatch over this season.
We hope to add many morph's, first off we start with a World first.!!!
Confirmed by Don Soderberg today
Hypo Bloodred Tessera This is a pair 1.1 (We hatched 1.2 and will keep 1.1) Soooo only one will be available...!!
We have looked at these corns in great detail due to how the tessera mutation affects the belly checks and also alters the lateral pattern. After many hours the evidence for these two being hypo blood red tessera far out ways the chance of them not being bloodred/diffused mutation. As you can see from below we have pictured both the hypo (suspect) and hypo bloodred/ diffused tessera.. You can see that the hypo tessera is het bloodred/diffused but the checks are evident and the complete lack on the hypo bloodred tessera. Although this is not a cut and dry decision as tessera can remove belly checks aswell as replace them when they should be missing ie: Stripe, motley and bloodred..
Hypo Tessera (UK first) We have hatched 0.2 hypo tessera
Bloodred Tessera (UK first) We have hatched 1.0
Normal Tessera 2.0 het hypo Bloodred
We hope you enjoy the pictures.. |

Wow, all gorgeous! Do you have a buyer lined up for the hypo blood yet?
(Not that I could afford it haha, just being nosy!)
Hiya Ive had endless emails but no deposit and thats what I go by.. Im really in no rush though I could keep her for 12 months thats my preferred choice.... Let her colour up! ! Ive not even picked my keeper theyre both so stunning.!!!!
Yours for £800 which compared to US imports that is very good. Plus being the only one available! !!!!
That is very good actually, some of the American breeders are asking nearly £600 for normal tesseras!
What about your bloodred boy? Or is that a keeper? |
