ScalySituation Posted - 16/06/2012 : 09:50:37
good news :) he was major active last nite :) even asked to come out :) will see what hes up to around feed time (usually around 8ish) and decide then. :P
ScalySituation Posted - 15/06/2012 : 14:30:21
okies, will leave him be then, bless him :P

He probably just needs a little more time to settle. I'd skip tomorrows feed so he's not disturbed I moved Falco into his new viv on tuesday after a feed, he spent the night in the warm hide, then went to the cold hide and hasn't moved since!

I use Woodchip in mine, find it very natural and easy to clean out :)
ScalySituation Posted - 15/06/2012 : 13:53:59
just recently switched to megazorb, thinking this could be the reason he's not a happy bunny
AcidicAngel Posted - 15/06/2012 : 13:52:53
I'd just like to ask, what substrate do you use?
ScalySituation Posted - 15/06/2012 : 13:45:23
righto, so its been almost a week since hes been in there and the most ive seen him move is abot 20cms. now he's due a feed tommorrow, should i skip as i dont believe he's fully settled?
Hissyfit Posted - 11/06/2012 : 09:44:51
He'll be fine. He's just a bit scared in his new big house When we moved Voldemort into his new viv I touched him when I put his water bowl in...he nearly jumped out of his skin! He'll probably start exploring when he's digested his dinner and feels a little safer

sorry!!! :P :P :P :P :P

When I first got my little ghost stripe he spent his first few days curled up on a tiny ledge at the top of his viv hidden amongst the greenery. He still often goes up there when he should be digesting.

Stop worrying Scaly, he'll be fine! xxx
ScalySituation Posted - 10/06/2012 : 19:48:13

ScalySituation Posted - 10/06/2012 : 16:38:07
yeh and that was his first, he's having no problems at all with them :P
Blackcat Posted - 10/06/2012 : 16:37:01
Looking good
Looks like he coped with the small mouse easily
ScalySituation Posted - 10/06/2012 : 13:45:08
phew, was a little worried then as he's still up there :P

glad its semi-normal :P
Hissyfit Posted - 10/06/2012 : 13:40:59
He's looking great, and so does his new pad Funny, Voldemort did the same when he moved into his new viv, only he squeezed himself through a gap in his new log, and with a decent sized mouse in him we were worried he'd get stuck! I'm sure Sonny will enjoy his new home very soon
voodoo Posted - 09/06/2012 : 22:08:42
haha its probably a little of both!
ScalySituation Posted - 09/06/2012 : 21:53:48
just went to show mum where he was, nowhere to be found (i made sure he was in warm hide before i left him earlier), found him up in the top corner in the plants :P do i take this as "I'm so happy im gonna explore even on a full tummy" or do i take it as "mum i don't like my hide get me a new one"
ScalySituation Posted - 09/06/2012 : 20:21:50
well he's in, but hes got a full tummy, so wont be seeing him for a couple of days :P
