Corals are more orangey/pink/yellow than normal snows. As they get bigger they may develop some green in them too (from what I have read up on the subject)

Interesting subject though, as my new bubba coming in the nxt couple of weeks is possibly a coral snow too. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you.
