Posted - 25/04/2012 : 23:51:36 I have a 5 month old ghost corn and he is switching over from eating 3 pinkies at a feeding, to eating 1 fuzzy every three days. He weighs 46 grams. Is this a good size and is he eating properly? Hope you can give me an idea if this is normal. Pics coming soon. |

Posted - 26/04/2012 : 09:34:05 I would feed 1x fuzzy every 7 days. Your snake is a good weight for its age. Feeding 3 days at a time is not giving the snake enough time to digest meals properly and the snake ends up continuously digesting. xx |

However, 3 days is a nono, he'll be constantly digesting, which is not good for him! Every 7 days is much more appropriate, though some may say every 5 days.

Posted - 26/04/2012 : 00:26:36 When I fed fuzzie it was every 6 days. It takes over that for them to digest fully. As people have had regurges 4 days later. One fuzzie evr 6 - 7 is a lot healthier. X |
