Flicka shed this morning and its the best one yet!!

This one is her first shed with me, and one three months later

Her last shed she really struggled and loads was left on. So I was taken any oppurtunity to make it easy for her. I put in damp moss hide, and misted her viv daily as soon as I noticed her going into blue

I think in some of the head shots you can really notice the orange coming out on her head and the red.

And this a pic of her eating two days ago, so you can really see the difference in colour

Thanks for looking everyone

Hi Hannah, I think I commented on some of your pics before of flicka and mentioned she was a RO, she looks almost identacal to the batch I bred this year, I had 28 in the clutch and have kept 3 back so I could pop a pic on for you tomorrow so as you can see the comparison between yours one and mine. I also have an adult one and a yearling from last year.
ROs are a selectively breed Amel.
I must say I certainly look forward to (and im sure you do with flicka) my 3 shedding as there colours and the definate red saddles and white borders become more defined and brighter.
Flicka is looking lovely hun, but maybe im biased as I have a soft spot for this morph lol
