I fed the hatchlings today, and Aguna surprised me again witha contrict!

Some do constrict and some don't.
A couple of my corns took 7 years to learn how to do it. Constriction isn't something that they have to do, some just prefer it because it's a more natural predatory technique. |

mines about 7-8 months old and has never constricted :( |
