Posted - 10/09/2011 : 01:57:21 I saw on here how everyone was talking about LED lights for viv and i thought what a brillant idea snake wont and cant get burn so i decided to get some and see how to would look below is some pics of my viv with the led lights. Please let me know what you think and if you need any help with wanting to know about the led lights ill try help you This is what it look like with a bulb in it.

Posted - 10/09/2011 : 13:25:37 ahh ok thats fair enough then. leds are ace they give off a better light and arnt as intrusive as normal bulbs etc which was the mian reason i changed as hated the look having a caged light in the corner all just for ilumination |

Posted - 10/09/2011 : 12:52:09 when i brought the viv off gumtree it came with this bulb it was a basking bulb i never used it for fear the snake would burn him self and really used when feeding so i could see what i was doing :). I saw your pics and thanks to your idea and pics you have made my viv look great ! (so i think any ways ) |

Posted - 10/09/2011 : 11:25:24 i did 2 vivs in red an white leds. i notice u were using a reflector bulb.. was that there for heating or just lighting?? |
