Hi guys/girls ... picked up our new boy just over a week ago. However we are having trouble in deciding which Morph he is ... looks like a Sunkissed Hypo Type B? Shop owner didn't seem to have a description other than "Corn Snake"

Any further comments?

He's called Jack :)

I will try and get some better pics, but hes not very used to being handled and tries to bite ALOT!

He drew blood on me yest, so we are just gonna leave him alone a little while longer. Poor boy!

very pretty, his colours will develop more as he grows

Ohh that snake is gorgeous! I love the colours :)
lilcaz Posted - 19/08/2011 : 20:36:18
Thanks for the info .... much appreciated! :)

They do vary :)
My normal never had that brown/grey look to him as a hatchie, he looked like and adult colour wise from day one! :>
lilcaz Posted - 19/08/2011 : 20:25:01
Can you get different coloured normal/carolina corns then? It's just our other boy is a carolina and he's a different colour.

I suppose it doesn't matter really, as long they are healthy :)

http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/species/elaphe_guttata/normal/ - one of the "morph oracles" on here may provide further info, but i reckon he is a normal
Katie.Dublin Posted - 19/08/2011 : 20:17:42
Looks like a normal/carolina to me! Nice though:)
lilcaz Posted - 19/08/2011 : 20:15:41
Yeah, he's totally gorgeous, recently shed too so he looks so "new" ... only just started handling him, so he is a little nervous, but i am sure he'll be just fine.

Our other corn Paul is just 5 months old now and he just loves chilling on a hand or a lap!

Love it!! :)

He is an absolute stunner, whatever he is (can't help with morph i'm afraid)
